China Renaissance won Mergermarket's ("Mid-Market M&A Financial Adviser of the Year") in its 2021 China M&A Awards announced in November last year, which is an annual award that China Renaissance has been awarded for four consecutive years. 

In 2021, China Renaissance has advised a number of M&A transactions. This includes being appointed as the exclusive financial advisor for TenxCloud in its sale to 21 Vianet and facilitating  in-depth engagement between the two companies in the cloud native computing field; assisting Alibaba Health in its acquisition of Xiaolu Traditional Chinese Medicine to create an online medical platform that combines both Chinese and Western medical services; supporting the strategic investment led by China Resources State-Regulated Xiamen Consumption Fund into LEDI Culture to promote the upgrade of the indoor entertainment industry; and completing the split financing for Baidu's Kunlun AI chips to fuel the tech giant's AI strategic business growth.
