CR operates parallel businesses in investment banking, investment management, wealth management services, and securities brokerage with a distinctive "Investment + Investment Banking" twin-engine business model. CR obtained securities licenses in Hong Kong(China)(2012), the U.S.(2013), Mainland China(2016) and Singapore(2022) respectively.
The Investment Banking business of China Renaissance, launched in 2005, has remained a cornerstone of the Group.
